The HERMIGA 100/10 MM utilises our unique close-coupled supersonic die technology to produce fine spherical powders down to 10 microns median with rapid solidification rates in the region of 10-5 to 10-6 Ksec-1.
Produce consistent results every time with the HERMIGA’s unique geometry die. The atomiser can be fully customised to suit the novel alloy composition of your choice and can be further tailored to accurately produce powder in the desired particle size distribution (PSD).
