RO-QUENCH 500
Melt Spinner

The Ro-Quench 500 is a high performance laboratory-scale melt spinning systems designed to produce amorphous and microcrystalline metallic ribbons under varying atmospheric conditions.

The Ro-Quench 500 is operated under vacuum, inert gas (at variable pressure) and air dependent upon atmosphere-spun material compatibility. Vacuum facilities for either rough or high vacuum enable inert gas to be back filled to a set pressure for a static atmosphere or a flowing one by balancing the gas input with vacuum pumping rate.
